RESERVATION POLICY

  Check in starting from 14h and check out at 12h;

• Minimum accommodation in low season: 02 days;

• Minimum accommodation in high season: check!

• Not included in the room rate: drinks, minibar consumption, portions / snacks and lunch;

• Consumption of own drinks is allowed only in the suites;

• Breakfast included in daily from 7:30 am to 9:45 a.m. and Dinner (Buffet) also included, from 19h45 to 21h;

• Children up to 5 years will have free, if accompanied by an adult in the same suite;

• Children 5-12 years pay different rate, if accompanied by two adults in the same suite;

• The suites have Chalet area around 30m2 and are equipped with air conditioning, LED TV 32 "(Satellite), Ice Box, as well as balcony with hammock;

• The suites have family area around 40m2 and are equipped with air conditioning and minibar;

• To confirm reservations we ask 50% deposit of the total reservation or payment in up to three installments on credit cards Visa or Master Card (on Registration Form and Distance Debit Authorization;

• Cancellation Avulsas Reservations: withdrawal and cancellation of reservations requested 20 or more days prior to check-in: return of 90% (ninety percent) of the amount paid for the booking or rebooking possibility; withdrawal and cancellation requested in 7-19 days before check-in: return of 50% (fifty percent) of the amount paid for the reservation; withdrawal and cancellation requested in less than 7 days before check in: no refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
